On the PA Wilds Center blog, two big announcements were made. Jillia Ceramics has partnered with the PA Wilds Center to offer PA Wilds-branded mugs, and part of the proceeds go back to the PA Wilds Center’s mission. Also, the 2024 BIG IDEA Contest application period is open until April 18 with Ben Franklin Technology Partners, with the chance for entrepreneurs and innovators to win up to $50,000!
On the PA Wilds visitor blog, Lou Bernard took a short First Day Hike with his family in Lock Haven. PA Great Outdoors has some new photo contests for 2024. Have a New Year’s Resolution you’d like to accomplish. The PA Wilds region has lots of opportunities to stick to those resolutions. In another blog, one of the most common concerns about visiting Kinzua Bridge is being afraid of heights, so the PA Wilds blog is tackling some ways of conquering that fear.
