On the PA Wilds Center blog, there are four Requests for Proposals for various projects. Please check out these RFP and not their proposal deadline if you want to apply… one is due today!
On the PA Wilds visitor blog, there is a heartwarming piece about a small park in Clearfield known as Elliott’s Park (not to be confused with S.B. Elliott State Park), which was built by a well known Clearfield man in memory of his dog. Also on the PA Wilds blog, Ryan Reed has another piece for Forest Fridays, this time about willow trees.
On the PA Wilds Marketplace blog, several of the PA Wilds staff members have contributed their thoughts about their favorite types of souvenirs to purchase while they travel, along with why people love to “take home a piece of the PA Wilds” by buying a souvenir at the PA Wilds Marketplace or PA Wilds Conservation Shop.
