In media coverage, the PA Wilds Center was part of an interview from Spotlight PA about the new Pennsylvania Office of Outdoor Recreation and how it will benefit not just the PA Wilds but Pennsylvania as a whole.

Also in media coverage of our public lands, DCNR has announced the group that will be taking over operations at Denton Hill State Park, revitalizing it after nearly a decade. Unfortunately also in news from the public lands, a search is underway for a woman whose vehicle was found in Cook Forest State Park.

In the PA Wilds blog, Ray Hunt contributed his experience doing a volunteer cleanup on Medix Run. The PA Wilds blog also republished a road trip article from PA Route 6 Alliance, highlighting the many things to do along Route 6 in the PA Wilds region.

In the Center blogs, a Request for Proposals has been issued for the PA Wilds Center for an HR consultant. A new “Partner Opportunities” monthly roundup has also started on the Center blog.
