On the PA Wilds visitor-facing blog, Ellen Matis helps us get to know the three remote workers who were temporarily hosted in Williamsport for the month of July for the Wilds Are Working initiative. Kevin Coolidge of From My Shelf Books & Gifts shares info about the “Where are the Totally Ninja Raccoons?” search throughout Wellsboro, inspired by his book series. Linda Stager, author and nature photographer, is now also a birder! Linda shared her experience of beginning a new hobby of birding in her first Bird Lore contribution.

On the PA Wilds Center blog, PA Wilds Center Founder and CEO Ta Enos shares a blog highlighting her speech during the 2024 PA Wilds Champion Awards and Dinner, which focused on reflecting on the theme of “the road less traveled” and upcoming plans.

On the PA Wilds Marketplace, the 2024 virtual Makers Market will be held at ShopThePAWilds.com on October 19, and vendors are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
