PA Wilds Center issues RFP for Website Hosting and Support Specialist
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Website Hosting & Support Specialist
The PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship (PA Wilds Center) seeks proposals from firms with experience providing hosting and development support services for multiple integrated websites. PA Wilds Center is a nonprofit leading a regional revitalization strategy that leverages the authentic place-based brand and more than 2+ million acres of public lands to establish the designated Pennsylvania Wilds region as a premier outdoor recreation destination, as a way to help diversify local economies, inspire stewardship, attract investment, retain the working-age population, and improve quality of life. As part of that effort, PA Wilds Center manages an entrepreneurial ecosystem and multiple websites with distinct audiences and purposes.
Through this request for proposals process, PA Wilds Center seeks to contract with a professional website developer who can provide support services and hosting for three of the websites, including: www.PAWilds.com, the primary visitor website that sees approximately 450,000 visitors a year; www.WildsCoPA.org, the website for PA Wilds based businesses and nonprofits to network and leverage the PA Wilds brand to grow; and www.PAWildsCenter.org, the nonprofit PA Wilds Center’s home base.
