PA Wilds Center issues RFP for User Adoption Plan
PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship (Center) is seeking proposals from individuals and/or firms with experience in developing a user adoption playbook and implementation analysis to understand the various types of users and how to engage them for a new mobile technology platform. The work will include a full analysis of capacity, marketing, and professional development needs for a successful marketplace implementation, collecting feedback from current marketplace users (customers, sellers, and owners), and a full analysis of how different regions can best align/leverage traditional tourism promotion infrastructure and other partnerships to support user adoption.
Timeline:
RFP Issued: January 13, 2025
Letter of Intent (LOI) Due: February 3, 2025, 5 PM EST
Responses Due: February 20, 2025, 5 PM EST
Notifications: February 28, 2025
Contract Start: March 10, 2025
Final Deliverables Due: May 30, 2025
Budget: $50,000 allocated for completing research, analysis, and deliverables according to Project Scope.
