PA Wilds Center Issues RFP for Photographer to Conduct Workshops

The PA Wilds Center is looking to hire a juried photographer from The Wilds Cooperative of PA (WCO) program to conduct two 2-hour Product Photography Workshops that emphasize the importance of quality product photography in business marketing and helps build a portfolio for other juried artisans in the WCO. As part of each workshop, the selected photographer will provide a presentation to small groups of up entrepreneurs participating in the 2022 PA Wilds PACE Program cohort and will also be responsible for photographing 5-10 products for each of the participants. The program participants – up to 10 total – should come away from the workshop with a minimum of 10 images to use in their own marketing arsenal.

Responses to the Request for Proposal are due by close of business (COB) April 11, 2022.

The Product Photography Workshops will be part of a larger program set to take place on May 12, 2022 in Kane, Pennsylvania. The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing a presentation program prior to May 12 event and implementing the presentation program as well as photographing all products on May 12.  Final photographs will be due by no later than May 20, 2022; however, photographers are asked to provide an estimated delivery date as part of the proposal process. Presentation materials due one week prior to the program, on May 5, 2022.
